No hired machinery, no subcontracted plant. Every stage of construction, from crushed aggregate to the finished wearing course, runs on equipment we own and maintain ourselves at our yard on Pune-Nashik Road.
Asphalt hot-mix plant
In-house bituminous mix production, batched and dispatched to the paving crew without depending on outside suppliers.
Ready-mix concrete plant
RMC batched on site or at our yard, transported by our own transit mixers so pours are never delayed waiting on a supplier's schedule.
VSI Sandmax crushing unit
Vertical shaft impact crushing produces cubical, well-graded manufactured sand and aggregate to our own specification.
Excavators & loaders
Hydraulic excavators and wheel loaders for earthwork, hard-strata breaking and material handling.
Hyva tippers & transit mixers
Our own haulage fleet moves aggregate, asphalt and RMC between plant and site on our schedule, not a hired operator's.
Sensor & mechanical pavers
Sensor-guided pavers hold line and level to defence and highway tolerances across both bituminous and concrete works.
Bitumen sprayers & bouzers
Tack coat and prime coat application equipment for correct layer bonding before the surface course is laid.
Static & vibratory rollers
Multiple roller classes to achieve specified density on sub-base, base and wearing courses.
In-house testing laboratory
Material and compaction testing carried out on our own equipment, ahead of client and third-party inspection.
