Mohanlal Mathrani Construction Private Limited, is a registered Private Limited Company providing infrastructure services aiding growth and prosperity in society. The company was founded on 14th October1983 by founding member Mr. Mohan G. Mathrani. It is currently Managed by Mr. Chandan Mathrani (Director), Mr. Surinder Mathrani (Director) and Mrs. Vimal Mathrani (Director). Consistent quality and speedy work has given us honour from MES, MIDC PMC, PCMC, PCNDTA, Kirloskar group Bharat forge, Private Builders, Private Societies, Schools
Company is having its own Asphalt Batching Plant 128/TPH, & Double Drum Mix Plant for Asphalt & Weight Mix, RMC Plant, Sensor Pavers, Fleet of Dumpers, Bitumen Mechanical Sprayers, Static - Rollers, Vibratory Compactors, Mechanical Broom, JCB's, Own Stone Crushers, & Laboratory for testing Bitumen Material & Concrete Material.
Plants & Stone Crushers are located at - New Gat no.327, plot no. 36, 37 on Pune-Nasik Road, 2 km away from Maharashtra Warehouse Corporation. Company has installed a weigh bridge at plant and crusher site. Company has carried out large and small road works, storm water drain, land development, concrete floor. Our projects have been appreciated by the concerned authorities for speedy and quality constructions. Our project have been covered under guarantee from 2 years to 6 years, as per client requirements.
Consistent quality and speedy work has given us honour from Kirloskar Cummins/ Kirlosker oil engines/ Kirlosker pneumatic, whose works are solely done by us for the last 45 years. Subsequent Annexure of list of works, supporting photographs and perfomance certificates speaks about the quality of our works where there is no compromise.

Mr.Mohanlal Matharani established Mohanlal Mathrani Constructions Pvt. Ltd. He is a professional of the highest caliber. Mr. Mathrani is a Accounts Graduate by his qualification.He is having a vast experience in Road construction business.He started his business in 1964 as a properiter with Crushing Business.
He started road construction work initially with Kirloskar Group, Bharat Forge, Mercedez Benz and other small and big companies. He is also involved in road construction work in government sectors and defence sectors like PMC, PCMC, PCNDTA, Pvt. Builders, Pvt. Societies, Schools and Millitary Engineering Services. Chairman of the company, the doyen of construction industry in Pune city, is supported in his endeavour by a team of qualified and experienced persons.
Managing Director
Mr. Chandan Mathrani is a Civil Engineer from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, As the Director of the company he is a great mentor, brilliant engineer and a master planner, having expertise in completing projects in time with quality and satisfaction for the clients ranging from the government to the private sector.
Under his leadership and guidance Every new project becomes a superb combination of high construction standards and value for money.

Mr. Surinder Mathrani got his degree of Civil Engineering (BE-Civil) from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Savitribai Phule Pune University. His strong fundamentals and efficient leadership qualities make him the perfect Head of project management. He aims to grow along with his nation and achieve great feats while providing value to society
